In February, we  celebrate LGBT+ History Month, organized by Schools OUT. Every year Schools OUT sets a different theme for LGBT+ History Month, and this year it is ‘Claiming our past – Celebrating our present – Creating our future’.

We celebrate our rich and vibrant SUSE community every day, where our team members are encouraged to be their authentic selves in a community that values inclusion and the unique contributions of our diverse, global team.

To ‘claim our past’ Our Pride at SUSE LGBTQ+ employee network was formed in 2020 and connects regularly to welcome colleagues through support, advocacy, and activities that educate and build awareness.  We’re honoured to attend Pride rallies, welcoming our team, and their friends and families to proudly march with us.

We celebrate our present with a strong focus on progress, including our partnership with Stonewall. SUSE has a place on the 2023 UK’s Top 50 Best Places to Work by Glassdoor, the worldwide leader on insights about jobs and companies where employees can anonymously share their workplace experiences.  Among the many accolades on our collaborative culture, one team member shared: “The employee resource groups provide great opportunities for networking, and there’s a good amount of collaboration across the company as a whole.”

We invest in harnessing a safe, open culture, where our team knows we’re creating a future where inclusion for our LGBTQ+ community will always be a priority. To find out more about opportunities at SUSE, Join our Talent Community.
